  • The practice learns what the client is looking for and helps identify an appropriate clinician.

  • Attend the first appointment in the Sugar Land office or virtually when appropriate.

  • Establish goals and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Insurance and Fees

The Healing Place offers private-pay options for clients that are discrete and confidential. Please inquire for our session rates. The Healing Place accepts cash, check, and all forms of credit cards for payment. (Clients are expected to pay full fee for services at the time services are rendered. Clients then receive a receipt that may be submitted to their insurer for personal reimbursement. Reimbursement from insurers varies by insurance plan and is often 50-75% of the service fee).

The Healing Place Therapy Center also has clinicians that are impaneled and accept the following health insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Private Pay. Clients are expected to pay any and all co-pays and co-insurance fees associated with using their health insurance.
